Christophe Moureaux

Christophe Moureaux

CEO, founder and owner of Cisteo MEDICAL


After graduating with an Engineering degree from the National School of Mechanics and Microtechnology (ENSMM), Christophe worked in the medical device industry for 20 years, initially as a Project Manager, specialising in CAS navigation products for J&J DEPUY and ZIMMER. He then became Neurosurgery R&D Director at Sophysa, a company belonging to the Japanese group TOKIBO. He founded Cisteo MEDICAL in 2010.
Christophe is the inventor on different patents for firms including Sophysa and Corquest.

François Cabaud

François Cabaud

Research and Development Manager


After studying mechanical engineering, François first worked at France Ébauches, a watch manufacturer in Besançon, before moving into the aeronautics sector as a Project Manager at Euroméca for four years. In 1996 he joined Sophysa as a Project Manager, where he became involved in the design of medical devices before working as Research and Development Manager in various medical device companies for around 15 years. In 2010, after completing Management training with the Union of Metallurgies Industries (UIMM), he founded the company iin medical, developing a range of minimally invasive surgery lamps and a surgical robot based on a novel hydraulic technology. In 2016, François joined Cisteo MEDICAL as Research and Development Manager.

Elise Averlant

Elise Averlant

Production Manager


Holding a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Franche-Comté Higher Institute of Engineering (ISIFC), Elise started out as a Regulatory Affairs Engineer at Endosense SA, before joining Cisteo MEDICAL. Quality Engineer then QMS Quality Manager, she went on to become Production Manager. With her team, Elise now manages the contract manufacturing of medical devices through to delivery.

Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager


Holding a Biomedical Engineering degree from the Franche-Comté Higher Institute of Engineering (ISIFC), Elise assists firms with obtaining CE and 510K marking for their medical devices and creating a quality management system in compliance with ISO 13485, 21 CFR part 820 or RIM standards. Elise has over 11 years' experience in quality and regulatory affairs pertaining to medical devices in consulting (MediQual Consulting), with regulatory manufacturers (LDR MEDICAL / STEMCIS) and subcontractors (Greatbatch Chaumont and others).

Elodie Constanciel-Colas

Elodie Constanciel-Colas

R&D Project Manager


With a Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Lyon University and an Engineering degree from the National School of Mechanics and Microtechnology (ENSMM), Elodie has more than six years’ experience in collaborative biomedical engineering research projects. She worked with doctors in different fields such as cardiology, neurology and gastroenterology, before joining Cisteo MEDICAL in 2017.

Emre Levent

Emre Levent

R&D Project Manager


Emré holds a Master’s degree in mechatronics and embedded systems from Franche-Comté University and a Biomedical Engineering degree from the Franche-Comté Higher Institute of Engineering (ISIFC). He first worked at Siemens Electronics in Turkey then at Bosch in Tokyo developing an exoskeleton, before working for various subcontractors in the field of electromedical devices. He joined Cisteo MEDICAL in 2017.

Gilles Mancosu

R&D Project Manager


With a Biomedical Engineering degree from the Franche-Comté Higher Institute of Engineering (ISIFC), Gilles worked for nine years as a Project Manager in connected health and telemedicine. He acquired solid experience in the design and development of novel solutions, working closely with healthcare professionals, before joining Cisteo MEDICAL in 2018.

Robin Vuittenez

After graduating with an Engineering degree from the National School of Mechanics and Microtechnology (ENSMM) in engineering innovation, Robin worked in Vietnam on computer-aided design for sports equipment before joining Cisteo MEDICAL in 2018.

Sebastien David

Sebastien David

R&D Project Manager


Sébastien graduated from Belfort Montbéliard University of Technology with an Engineering degree in Ergonomics, Design and Mechanical Engineering before working on the calculation and simulation of static and/or dynamic behaviour in elastomers and characterising materials for Hutchinson (a subsidiary of TOTAL). After experience in improving processes for shaping and assembling ceramic parts at Hardrex (IMI SWISS group, manufacture of watch parts and jewellery), he joined Cisteo MEDICAL’s R&D team in 2016.

Adrien Deleyrolle

Adrien Deleyrolle

R&D Engineer and IT Manager


With a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Franche-Comté Higher Institute of Engineering (ISIFC), Adrien then obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration and began his career providing continuous training to healthcare professionals on high-fidelity simulation. He joined Cisteo MEDICAL at the end of 2015, using his experience in regulatory issues and process validation, and as IT Manager.

Ludovic Gautier

Ludovic Gautier

R&D Prototype Technician


After obtaining an advanced diploma in Mechanical CAD, Ludovic began his career in industrial maintenance at ACM, before working for more than six years as a Prototype Technician at different medical device manufacturing companies and subcontractors (Dixi, etc.). He joined Cisteo MEDICAL in 2013 as R&D Prototype Technician.
